ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
During peak periods (launches, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

Genesis Natural Hair Care ships directly from Australia and does not currently operate a warehouse or distribution center in the UK.

PRODUCT SHELF LIFE
Genesis Natural Hair Care products are botanical formulations designed for scalp and hair care.
Each product includes:
A batch number
A recommended period after opening (PAO)
For best results, products should be used within 6–12 months after opening and stored in a cool, dry place.
