Refund & Return Policy
At Genesis Natural Hair Care, we are committed to providing high-quality, carefully formulated products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened or used products
- Products that have been tampered with
- Change of mind after opening
RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Once approved, we will:
- Offer a replacement, or
- Issue a refund
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders (including UK, USA, and Philippines):
- Return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable
