How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?

Free shipping are usually given during promotion periods as an incentive. The discount to shipping will be shown when calculating the total of the order. This will apply for both local and international orders

How fast is Free Shipping?

Local free shipping will be delivered within 1-3 business days while international free shipping takes up to 7-9 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. Orders within Australia takes 1- 3 business days while international orders takes 7-14 business days.

I have a rush order. Can it be delivered Saturday?

Shipping times are based on Monday – Friday deliveries.

After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders have a 1-3 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has moved from our fulfillment center then shipped by the carrier.

How do I check if a product has a certain ingredient?

Currently we do not have a list of products that contain a certain ingredient. Please visit the product page and check the ingredients list for the product you are interested in and if there are any ingredient you don't want in it we can replace and customize the product base on your preference.

What if I had an allergic reaction to your product?

We recommend discontinue use immediately and contact your physician. They can provide you details on what ingredient you may have had a reaction to. and with those details we can remove the ingredient and replace it with a safer ingredient.

Why is the consistency different from the product I just ordered to the one I already have?

We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency and scent may differ.

Can you provide me a discount code for my order?

Our discounts are applied during promotions. Please follow us on our social media pages or sign up for announcements on upcoming promotions.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do offer gift cards, you just need to go to the gift card page fill up the needed information, pay and the gift cards is yours.

What is your return policy?

Once the item has been marked as delivered, you have 7 days to request for return/refund when: – You have issues with the item you received, or – You do not receive your order.

What if i want to add or remove certain ingredient to my order?

Yes, its possible! Genesis products are produced upon request so we are able to customize the order based on your request. Kindly include your specifics in your order note and if its available, it will be included. If its not, we will reach out to you on the way forward. These specific orders might take extra days which will be communicated.
