Ambunu leaves are rich in saponins, which contribute to their natural cleansing abilities. When mixed with warm water, the leaves release a mucilaginous gel that provides excellent slip, making them effective for detangling hair, especially textured and coily hair types. Beyond detangling, Ambunu also hydrates, softens, and adds shine to the hair.

Directions: Section your hair and apply the Ambunu gel to each section from roots to ends. Focus especially on tangled areas or knots.

Use your fingers first to gently pull apart tangles. Then use a wide-tooth comb or detangling brush to smooth out the section from ends to roots. The Ambunu gel provides enough slip to make this process smooth and reduce breakage. Rinse it out after detangling and follow with your usual conditioner or Leave it in as a moisturizing base under your styling products.
